之前介紹SAF2507雙相不鏽鋼高壓自力式調節閥，現在介紹平板閘閥的工作原理:雙重密封、自動泄壓、免維護 平板閘閥的啟閉件是平行閘板滑動閥。關閉件可以是單閘板或帶有撐開機構的雙閘板。閘板向閥座的壓緊力是由作用與浮動閘板的介質壓力來控製。如果是雙閘板平板閘閥，則兩閘板見的撐開機構可以補充這一壓緊力。

    平板閘閥主要應用於燃氣管線、液化氣、天然氣、石油輸送、化工、城市管道、放空係統和汽儲存裝置上，用作啟閉設備。
平板閘閥用途分類：
    平板閘閥在使用場合不同的情況下，可分為有導流孔平板閘閥、無導流孔平板閘閥、油田平板閘閥、管線平板閘閥、燃氣平板閘閥等。

平板閘閥的工作原理平板閘閥的選用：
1、石油、天然氣的輸送管線，選用單閘板或雙閘板的平板閘閥。
2、成品油的輸送管線和貯存設備，選用無導流平板閘閥。
3、石油、天然氣的開采井口裝置，選用暗杆浮動閥座帶導流孔平板閘閥（API16A係類）。
4、帶有懸浮顆粒介質的管道，選用刀型平板閘閥。
5、城市煤氣輸送管線選用軟密封明杆平板閘閥。
6、城市自來水工程選用無導流孔明杆平板閘閥。
7、如需清掃管線的帶導流孔的明杆平板閘閥。

4、閥門自動泄放多餘的壓力，當閥體壓力大於管道壓力時，由於熱膨脹，進口閥座推向凹槽，閥體內多餘的壓力在閥座與閘板之間泄放到管道中。（如圖4) 
平板閘閥的產品結構特點Products design features    

●閥體有鑄造和焊接兩種結構。     Cast and weld two structures with the body  

 ●閥座采用O形密封圈密封和施加預緊力的浮動閥座結構，使閥門進出口雙向密封；並且該結構的啟閉力矩僅為普通閥門的1/2，能達到輕鬆開、關閥門。    The seal ring uses the floating seat ring structure with o-sear ring sealed and pre-tightening force applied to have inlet and outlet dual-way sealed;and the open-close  moment with this structure is 1/2 that of the common valves only,able to lightly open and close valves.
